What this site collects

This site sets no tracking cookies and does not measure audience. The only personal data it processes is the data you choose to send through its three forms: the contact form, the virtual tour order form and the kiosk inquiry form.

The forms

Each form asks only for what is needed to handle your request: name, email address and, where applicable, company and message. This data is used solely to reply to you and to fulfill the order. It is never transferred to third parties or used for marketing without your consent.

Messages are routed through the sending relay of Brevo (a French company, with servers in the European Union), which acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR, then received and kept in BAAIR’s mailbox for as long as it takes to handle the request and the relationship that follows from it.

Property photos

To order a virtual tour, you send a sharing link (Drive, WeTransfer or similar) to the photos of the property. These photos are used exclusively to produce the video ordered: they are not published, not reused and not kept beyond the order and its revision period — unless you explicitly agree otherwise, for example so that they can appear in the site’s work section.

Payment

Orders are paid through a Stripe payment link. Your bank details are entered directly with Stripe and never pass through this site or through BAAIR. The processing is described in Stripe’s privacy policy.

Technical logs

The site’s hosting provider, Hostinger International Ltd, records connection logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security and proper operation. This processing is based on legitimate interest; these logs are not used for audience analytics.

Fonts

The site’s fonts are hosted on the baair.studio domain. No request is sent to Google Fonts or any other third-party service when pages are displayed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection regarding data that concerns you. To exercise these rights, write to alexandre@baair.solutions. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
